The best caramel ever

2 cubes butter
2 1/4 C brown sugar
1 C Karo syrup
1 C sweetened condensed milk
Bring butter, sugar, and syrup to a rolling boil. Boil 2 min, take off heat, add milk.Use to dip apples, marshmallows, choc chunks, or fruit.

Fruit dip

16 oz. cream cheese. softened
16 oz marshmallow cream
2 T almond extract
combine all ingredients and beat on high until well blended. add more extract to taste. for best results cool 4 hours before serving with your favorite fresh fruit.
