Enchilada’s

Ingredients:
1/2 C chopped onions
4 oz can mushrooms
1 crushed garlic clove
1 1/2 C Diced chicken
2 Tbs butter
1 C sour cream
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt

Sauce

1/2 C butter
1/3 C flour
3 tsp chili powder
2 C hot water salt
1 8oz can tomato sauce

melt butter and add flour to make a paste. Add hot water slowly while stirring. Add chili powder, salt, and tomato sauce. Top over rolled enchiladas and bake 350 for 25 min.
